Concrete poles poles are used to bypass layers of soil that are not or not very load-bearing. The poles are fixed in the foundation soil until a sufficiently load-bearing layer of soil or rock is reached. The loads of the load-bearing structure are therefore canceled on one side by the effect of the friction of the pole, and on the other by the pressure of the tip of the pole itself. The poles are used for a wide range of applications, from simple industrial building through vineyards and orchards, to wind turbines.
